Shipping Commitment – Cosify

At Cosify, we are dedicated to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and our goal is to make every shipping experience smooth, transparent, and hassle-free.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver pan-India to most serviceable pin codes using trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others.

  • If your location is unserviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after placing the order.

🔁 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and link to monitor your order in real-time.

❗ Delayed / Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or not delivered within 10 days:
📧 Email support@cosify.in with your Order ID, and we will escalate the matter immediately.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most products and eligible pin codes.

  • Payment can be made to the delivery agent via cash, UPI, or card.

  • Orders will be handed over immediately after payment collection.
