Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
We provide standard shipping across India. Estimated delivery timelines are:

We work with reliable logistics providers including Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure smooth deliveries.
5. Address & Delivery Issues

Orders with incorrect addresses may fail delivery and could incur re-shipping charges.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

For damaged items, email clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to support@cosify.in. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
